We do not offer or advertise a price-matching policy. Rather than automatically matching the lowest prices found online, we focus on providing genuine products, fair pricing, and reliable service. Unfortunately, some websites advertise prices that are difficult to achieve in practice and may later steer customers towards alternative or lower-spec products, which is not an approach we believe in.

We monitor prices daily and always endeavour to remain competitive. We also carry exceptionally high stock levels compared with most UK retailers, allowing us to despatch the majority of orders on a next-day service. With over 35 years in business, we are here for the long term and readily available to support our customers with proof of purchase, after-sales care, or any issues that may arise. All of our products are legally imported and are never grey imports.

All stock is held within the UK, allowing customers to return items easily to a UK address or to our Chiswick showroom, without the inconvenience of overseas shipping or potential customs and VAT complications.
