On top of our expert team, we have also invested a lot of time and funds into developing an industry-leading dispatch centre; from when you place an order, we can have it checked for errors, picked, quality checked, packed and ready to go in less than a minute!
We have been through a long and often frustrating trial and error process to evaluate which couriers offer the best service to our customers and are now happy that with our current couriers you will receive your order on time and in a way that is easy for our customers.

We are also dedicated to after-sales service. If you need help with a product or warranty issue, we are always on hand to assist you - there will always be someone to answer your call, e-mail,  or chat during working hours. During super busy periods we may not be there immediately, but we will call you back as soon as we are free.
