How do I send a return back to you?Updated 2 years ago

1. Bundle up your unwanted goods for return/exchange, including keeping all the original product packaging intact.
2. Please include your ‘Packing Note’ that was sent with your original order or include your Order Number (located on the top right corner of the packing slip)
3. Write your refund / exchange instructions & reason for return
4. To send the goods back to us, you can choose your own preferred carrier or pick the one listed below (tracked service strongly recommended)

Return via DPD

• Drop it off at one of the 2500 DPD Drop off Shops
• The price is £5.21
