Our full returns policy can be viewed here. Here's a summary of the key points:

The basics

• You have 60 days to return an item from the date of receipt
• Items must be returned in their original packaging or a suitable alternative
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or wrongly dispatched — in which case we'll provide a free return label

Returning outside the 60-day window
If an undamaged item is returned after 60 days, a store voucher valid for 1 year may be issued at our discretion.

Cancelling your whole order
If you'd like to cancel your entire order, please let us know before your order has been dispatched by emailing [email protected]. Once an order has left us we are unable to cancel it and it will need to be returned to us in the usual way.

A few important notes

• Please pack your return carefully — if an item arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging we may need to return it to you or issue a partial refund
• We cannot accept responsibility for returns that do not reach our warehouse
• Clearance items are non-returnable — this does not affect your statutory rights
