When will you dispatch my order?Updated a year ago

Your order will be shipped during dispatch hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 to 14:00) as soon as all items are available, subject to payment authorisation.

If your order consists of multiple items and one or more items are out of stock (As shown by our live stock system) your order will be held until all items are ready for dispatch, at which point payment is collected and your order dispatched.

If you would prefer not to wait we would recommend placing separate orders for the in-stock and out of stock items.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a notification that it is on its way to you along with any relevant tracking information.
